People in Minnesota (the home of HighBridge) have been listening to Chris Farrell, economics editor for public radio’s Marketplace Money, provide straight forward, sensible, and sincere advice on everything from mortgages to retirement to college savings for years.
Myself a listener for nearly 20 years (starting with the program Sound Money in the ’90s), I can personally say he’s enlightened and informed me on a multitude of financial issues—and kept me from both “irrational exuberance” and full-on panic.
So I’m very pleased for HighBridge to have published his latest book on audio: The New Frugality: How to Consume Less, Save More, and Live Better.
Check out this sound clip, and also the video below from a local news program, talking with Chris about the book.
